Kitchen beside the bed, balcony beside the kitchen, bathroom behind the wall. In a studio you see it all from one spot, and that is the point.

What people ask most often
How many people fit?
Four. A king bed in the sleeping area and a sofa bed in the living area. At 35 m² it is cosy for four adults and comfortable for a family with children.
When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in runs from 14:00 to 22:00, check-out is by 10:00. The door has a keypad lock, so nobody has to meet you with a key. Arriving outside those hours costs 20 euro.
Is the pool open all year?
No. The pool on the grounds runs from 1 May to 30 September. Outside the season the flat is still fully usable, as it has heat-pump heating.
Is there parking?
Yes, one dedicated space by the building, included in the rate.
How do I get there from the airport?
About 40 minutes by car from Vlora airport, about two and a half hours from Tirana. A rental car is worth it, as the best of the Riviera runs along the coast.
What is included?
Final cleaning, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and the parking space. Linen and towels are changed every four days.
Can I bring a pet?
Unfortunately not. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the flat either.
